October 17th, the Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University 2025 Autumn Career Fair is about to commence.
The Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University has consistently been committed to promoting high-quality and full employment for its graduates. Through continuous innovation in work approaches and service models, the Academy has launched a series of initiatives in career development guidance, employment direction counseling, and employment service support: using employment guidance as a focal point, the Academy encourages graduates to seek employment with key institutions and in priority regions; it continues to deepen university-enterprise collaboration by organizing company-specific presentations, open house events, and industry lectures, providing precise job recommendations; leveraging signature programs such as “Career Counseling Week,” the Academy actively taps into alumni resources, inviting distinguished alumni from various industries to share their career development experiences both online and offline, helping students clarify career directions and enhance employment competitiveness.
Since 2024, to help Academy students expand channels for graduate job-seeking and current student internship employment opportunities, the Academy has successfully hosted Spring Career Fairs for two consecutive years, establishing an efficient talent supply-demand matching platform that facilitates precise connections between graduates and employers. Through sustained deepening of university-enterprise collaborative partnerships, the Academy has incorporated the Career Fair into its regular employment work system as a signature event, receiving unanimous acclaim from both employers and students. Building on this foundation, the Academy is adding an Autumn Career Fair this year to help graduates seize autumn recruitment opportunities, broaden employment resources, and provide enhanced support for students’ career development.
The Academy’s 2025 Autumn Career Fair is about to open. The event will feature 67 participating employers offering over 2,000 recruitment positions aligned with the Academy's professional disciplines. Participating employers encompass state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, institutions of higher education, research institutions, primary and secondary education institutions, high-tech companies, and foreign-invested enterprises.
The career fair will continue to feature a “Career Development Empowerment” zone for students, covering two key job-seeking needs: résumé and portfolio guidance, and employment consultation. This event specially invites senior business experts from Honor Group, Academy alumni, and instructors from the Student Career Association instructor team to provide on-site one-stop professional services for students. To further empower the Academy students’ innovation and entrepreneurship practices, this career fair will also establish a consultation area for the Tsinghua University “Design+” Innovation and Entrepreneurship (International) Competition, aiming to build an efficient communication platform between students and competition organizers.
We welcome all Academy students with job-seeking and internship intentions, as well as those wishing to gain early understanding of industry developments and employment trends, to prepare well and actively participate!
