2025 Spring Career Fair
Mark your calendars! The Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University will kick off its 2025 Spring Career Fair on the afternoon of March 26. Dedicated to ensuring high quality employment opportunities for its graduates, the academy has been rolling out innovative career support initiatives. These include targeted career guidance, encouraging grads to pursue roles in key industries and regions, strengthening ties with employers through company talks, open days, and industry seminars, and offering personalized job recommendations. The academy also hosts a Career Guidance Week, tapping into its alumni network to bring in accomplished grads who share their insights online and in person, helping students sharpen their career goals and boost their job-hunting edge.
In 2024, the academy launched its first career fair to connect students with job and internship opportunities, creating a dynamic platform for talent and employers to meet. The event was a hit, earning rave reviews from both students and recruiters. This year, the academy is doubling down on its partnerships with employers, making the career fair a cornerstone of its ongoing employment support system.
The 2025 Spring Career Fair is almost here, featuring 62 employers offering nearly 2,000 positions tailored to the academy’s programs. Expect a diverse lineup of recruiters, from state-owned enterprises and private companies to universities, research institutes, schools, and international firms.
This year’s event also introduces a “Career Development Hub” for students, with stations for resume reviews, portfolio feedback, and job advice. Expert lecturers from the student career association and standout alumni will be on hand, offering one-on-one support for resume tweaks, portfolio polish, and employment process questions.
