Research on the Language and Expression of Chinese Heavy-Color Painting

Academic Philosophy
Rooted in the interplay of heritage and innovation, this research examines the ontological evolution and potential extensions of Chinese heavy-color painting across historical periods. It analyzes the composition and transformation of contemporary heavy-color painting language, explores exceptional visual experiences, and clarifies the intrinsic value of the medium.

By integrating Chinese and Western traditions, the work revitalizes classical heavy-color painting with contemporary relevance, local identity, creativity, academic rigor, uniqueness, and visual impact. It focuses on the modern transformation of traditional Chinese painting language, emphasizing innovations in color and form while expressing traditional cultural spirit through contemporary themes.
