Academic Philosophy
The purpose of art education extends beyond technical training to cultivating students' aesthetic sensibility, creativity, innovative thinking, and well-rounded personalities. Artistic practice should refine traditional techniques, assimilate beneficial elements from Eastern/Western arts and folk traditions, and integrate modern cultural perspectives. By developing a personalized visual language, artists should address contemporary themes and human conditions, constructing an innovative painting system within a modern context through realist approaches and liberated creative states.
