Academic Philosophy

1.Concept-Driven Design Practice
Fashion design processes are divided into two phases: constructing meaningful concepts and visualizing those concepts. A well-defined concept permeates every stage and detail of design execution, ensuring coherence and intentionality.

2.Affective Connection-Driven Design Concepts
This approach prioritizes the emotional and social dimensions of fashion. During concept development, the designer cultivates an "intimate, definable relationship" with the subject through empathetic engagement, anchoring the concept in human experiences. This affective bond guides the entire visualization process, guaranteeing alignment between the final product and its conceptual foundation.
