The original building of #4 Building of Tsinghua University was completed and delivered in 1990. After nearly 30 years, it longed for a renovation.

Learning is the process of acquiring knowledge through communication and collaboration between teachers and students in a specific scene. The "scene" is not only a psychological intention, but also a physical environment, even a cultural atmosphere. The ultimate goal of all scenarios is to construct students'sense of belonging and enthusiasm for learning. The design hopes that the #4 Building of Tsinghua University can become a diversified interactive place integrating classroom teaching, exchanges and seminars, group learning, etc., and be integrated into the daily campus living space of teachers and students.
