On Oct. 8th, 2015, delegation of Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research (NWO) and universities in the Netherlands visited the Academy. Dean Prof. LU Xiaobo and Director of the office of International Cooperation & Exchange Dr. ZANG Yingchun, Director of Dept. of Information Art & Design Prof. XU Yingqing met with the guests.

Mrs Annemarie Bos, Director of Humanities Board, Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research (NWO) said she was very glad to visit Tsinghua University, one of the best universities in China. She introduced their cooperation with Chinese research institutions, such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China. The purpose of this visit is to establish the collaboration relationship between NWO and top universities in China.

Prof. LU Xiaobo introduced the history, advantages and main research programs of the Academy. He also appreciated the support to Art and Science Works International Exhibition from the Netherlands. After discussing with the experts from the Netherlands Universities, Prof. LU said the Academy was looking forward to establishing cooperation in the research of art restoration, sustainable fashion design and games design and etc.
