On March 7th, 2016, Director of the Glasgow School of Art Prof. Tom Inns, Head of the School of Fine Art Dr. Alistair James Payne visited the Academy. Dean of the Academy Prof. LU Xiaobo and Director of the office International Cooperation and Exchange Dr. ZANG Yingchun met with the guests.

Dean of the Academy Prof. LU Xiaobo first welcomed the delegation and then provided some suggestions in terms of the Erasmus Programme, which is a new cooperation programme. Both parties exchanged perspectives related to the possible cooperation areas in the near future, especially in research fields. Prof. LU Xiaobo sincerely invited the faculty from the Glasgow School of Art to attend the 4th Art and Science International Exhibition and Symposium.

After the meeting, the delegation visited some labs and studios of the Academy.
