From Mar 22nd – 25th, 2016, led by Dean Prof. Yoshiyuki SHIROMA and Prof. Satoshi KATONO, delegation of Sapporo City University visited the Academy and had a series of academic activities.

On March 23rd, Prof. Yoshiyuki SHIROMA gave a lecture themed “Design Thinking in Sample Making Process”. He shared his academic concepts of design thinking, and encouraged students to change their perspectives about innovation. Director of Dept. of Industrial Design, Dr. ZHAO Chao, hosted the lecture.

On March 24th, Prof. Satoshi KATONO gave a lecture, “Art Is A Treasure House of Imagination—Sail to The Island of Imagination” The session was hosted by Prof. ZHANG Fuye.

On March 25th, 10 graduate students from Sapporo City University and the Academy gave presentation of their projects and had carried out discussions  accordingly.
