ON March 31, 2015, Dr. Jeffrey J. P. Tsai, President of Taiwan Asia University, Dr. Shenghoung Lin, Associate Dean of College of Creative Design and others visited the academy. Dean LU Xiaobo, Director of International Cooperation and Exchange Dr. ZANG Yingchun, Director of Industrial Design Department Dr. ZHAO Chao and Associate Professor ZHANG Xuchen met with the guests.

LU Xiaobo first gave a warm welcome to Dr. Jeffrey J. P. Tsai, and introduced the Academy, including its history, faculty, research projects and international cooperation exchanges between the Academy and institutes in Taiwan. Dr. Jeffrey J. P. Tsai briefly introduced the Dept. of Creative Product Design and the Asia Museum of Modern Art. After that, he presented the current goal for Asia University was to promote the combining of industrial design with medical science or artificial intelligence.

The two parties showed cooperation intention in art museum, art restoration, medical supplies design, academic forum and so on. They both agreed to enhance the cooperation and exchanges with complementary advantages in the near future.
