August19, 2015 is such a pleasantly cool day in Beijing. Academy of Arts& Design, Tsinghua University welcomed the freshmen of 2015 (undergraduate students).

This year, the Academy has enrolled 242 undergraduate students, including 170 majoring in design, 55 majoring in fine art and 17 majoring in art theory. The freshmen came from 24 provinces (or autonomous regions and municipalities). Most of them came from Beijing, Chongqing, Shandong, Guangdong, Hunan, Liaoning, Sichuan. Some students came from provinces, from which the Academy has enrolled few students in previous years, like Gansu, Guizhou, Guangxi, Neimenggu. And one student from Qinghai has been enrolled by Department of Arts& History, achieving zero breakthrough in the province.
