Graduate Projects of the Department of Textile and Fashion Design Displayed on the “CULT” International Final Fashion Show


“CULT” ––The NABA Final Fashion Show hosted by NABA-Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti Milano kicked off on the campus of NABA on the afternoon of June 22, 2018. Fashion graduates from seven universities in four countries released their works on the show.

 

Eight collections, altogether fifteen outfits, designed by eight Textile and Fashion Design graduates of the Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University, were the first on stage. With the project theme “From Gods to Goods”, designers looked deep into various artistic styles and designing concepts and created fantastic lands with colours and styles in strong contrast in a parallel universe through a characteristic journey of diversified visual culture. The other international institutions in the final fashion show are Pearl Academy (India), UVM (Universidad del Valle de Mexico, Mexico), Fashion College of Shanghai University of Engineering Science, Zhejiang University of Science & Technology, and School of Design of East China Normal University.
